Chicken Tikka Massala

Salam semua,

Semalam sewaktu menerjah ke rumah Gert, Mykitchensnippets, saya ternampak resepi chicken tikka ni. Kalau yang berkuah pekat cam ni mmg my favourite ler. Nama pun dok Penang, sikit sebanyak masakan mamak style tu mesti jadi kegemaran dan meruntun tangan ni untuk mencubanya.

Memasak Chicken Tikka ni lebih kurang macam masak kari ayam, senang sangat. Cuma tukarkan rempah kari dengan rempah masala, santan ditukar dgn yoghurt, tambahkan tomato dan satu dua bahan lagi dah siap. Masakan ni pekat, memamg sedap dan sesuai sangat kalau dibuat mencicah dgn roti, spt kata Gert yang menyajikannya bersama2 Roti Naan………..huwaaaaaaaa saya tak tau buat roti naan………..cam mana ekkkk, ada orang tau buat roti naan tak, ajaq la sikit…. Tapi tak pa, internet kan ada, kemudahan tersedia di depan mata, apa lagiiiiiiiii kayuh laaaaaaaaa. Esok nak buat research tentang Roti Naaan pulak, tunggukan kemunculannya…..hehhhehe.

Sedap niiiii, tak terkata enaknya. Terimakasih buat Gert.

Tutup na jangan tak tutup, nanti lalat pulak masuk berenang.
